1. Submit Intake Form

• Fill out the intake form to provide crucial information for personalized assistance.
• The more information you provide the better prepared our counselors will be for your first counseling call and can help with future SkillBridge placement.

2. Complete Counseling

• After submitting the intake form you will receive an email with a link to schedule a call with one of our dedicated counselors. Please set aside 45 min for this call.
• Discuss career goals, personal goals, and explore the aviation career path that interests you with our counselors who have successfully transitioned from the military to the civilian aviation industry.
• After your initial counseling call you will receive an email with a calendar link to schedule future calls with your counselor to continue gaining insights into the aviation industry, refine your plan, and discuss steps you can take now.

3. Explore SkillBridge Opportunities

• Work with your counselor to identify a suitable SkillBridge opportunity and plan.
• Individual paths will vary based on specific positions and goals.
• Your counselor will introduce you to the operations team at the appropriate stage to initiate paperwork processing.

4. Finalize SkillBridge Opportunity

• Once an opportunity is identified our operations team will provide an offer letter.
• Receive and review the offer letter along with any required paperwork.
• Submit paperwork for approval through your Chain-of-Command, and provide a copy with us upon approval to commence your SkillBridge.
